Regex (g s m i)?     29-Jan-08 05:05 am

Regex has
g s m i
with check boxes - what do they do and why aren't they documented somewhere?

I'm trying to use "fetch page" with regex but I can't figure out how to set the pipes up.

Pipes: thepiratebay 20 - regex it
http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.info?_...

The pipe is far from finished - but I have to publish it so people here can see it.

The extract page is working - it's outputting The Pirate Bay browse movies page. The Pirate Bay has rss feeds - but they are useless. The feed only has a link to a torrent and that's all.

g - Allow global matching (all occurrences of a pattern in a string).
i - Allow case-insensitive matching
m - Allow ^ and $ to match anywhere in a string and not just at the very beginning or very end.
s - Allow dot to match a newline.
For more information you can do a web search on "Perl regular expression modifiers".
